ACF Senior Management Team
Welcome to Adventist Charitable Foundation Limited (“ACF”). We specialize in servicing Family Trust and Special Care Trust, providing tailored trustee services, estate planning and care arrangements for clients with family members who require special care or special education needs, as well as retirement planning, and legacy arrangements.
ACF is a Hong Kong company with Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) License No. TC007569. As a social enterprise, we offer professional and affordable trustee and estate planning services, including, stewardship and care planning services for Special Care Trust. As trustee, we recognize the importance of this role and its impact on the lives of those we serve. We are committed to guiding our clients through every step of their life journey: from establishing trusts and developing care arrangements that align with their values and wishes, to administering trusts in accordance with their instructions and ensuring their beneficiaries receive the support they need to live a fulfilling life.
ACF’s core services is to provide fiduciary services on a no-conflict basis. We collaborate with third party professional institutions in Hong Kong to deliver a comprehensive range of services that meet our clients’ special care and needs. These include SFC licensed investment firms, and medical, care and wellness care service providers, as well as our affiliated institutions: Hong Kong Adventist Hospitals (Stubbs Road and Tsuen Wan), Adventist Medical Centres, and Ventria Residence, a senior-living facility.
ACF is a member of the Adventist Church and is wholly-owned by the Seventh Day Adventist (“SDA”) church entity: Chinese Union Mission of Seventh-day Adventists Limited in Hong Kong.

MEET THE TEAM
ACF Senior Management Team
Jimmy is the Chief Executive Officer of Adventist Charitable Foundation Limited. He leads the company’s trust services and planned giving initiatives, leveraging his strong background in legacy planning and philanthropic structures to help families establish private trusts and charitable vehicles.
Prior to this role, Jimmy held senior position at HSBC trustee, servering as Head of Trust at Corporate Banking, and later served as CEO and CFO of several family offices. He has extensive experience managing private trust companies, foundations, and investment portfolios, with a focus on services and values-driven fiduciary planning.
Widely respected in Hong Kong’s trust and estate planning community, Jimmy was honored with the “Wealth & Finance” Champion 2025 Award by the Golden Age Foundation in recognition of his contributions to the community.
Rebecca joined ACF as a Senior Advisor in March 2026.
Rebecca is a veteran in corporate and trust services. Prior to joining ACF, she served as Managing Director of the Hong Kong office of Trident Trust Group, a firm providing corporate and trust services to clients worldwide. She is a Fellow of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute.
Rebecca served as President of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (formerly The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, HKICS) from 1999 to 2001. She was appointed as member of the Hong Kong Companies Law Reform Committee’s Review Group on Registration Requirements for Non-Hong Kong Companies and served as member of the Securities and Futures Commissions’ Disciplinary Committee for Share Registrars. Rebecca is currently serving as Vice Chairperson of the Hong Kong Trustees’ Association.
A frequent speaks at seminars, Rebecca shares her expertise on Hong Kong company law, corporate governance, and trust setup and administration.
Kelvin joined Adventist Charitable Foundation Limited in early 2023.
Kelvin has over 25 years of solid experience in client serving, of which, over 18 years for institutional clients in the fund management industry. He was the Head of Institutional Business of Schroders Hong Kong, responsible for the overall institutional business for Hong Kong, Macau and the Philippines since 2007.
Prior to joining Schroders, Kelvin was responsible for the North Asian institutional business at Legg Mason International Equities and was leading the Hong Kong Institutional Sales and Client Servicing Team at RCM, a company of Allianz Global Investors.
Kelvin holds a Master of Science degree in Global Business from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from Simon Fraser University of Vancouver, Canada.
Elvin joined ACF as a Senior Advisor in June 2023. Elvin brings with him over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and is the founder and CEO of Goji Consulting.
Before founding Goji Consulting in 2016, Elvin led global business development at ICBC Credit Suisse Asset Management (International). Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at Allianz Global Investors and held senior leadership roles at Baring Asset Management and AXA Rosenberg Investment Management.
Besides his Senior Advisor appointment at ACF, Elvin currently also serves on the Board of Sun Life Pension Trustee Limited, the Board of YF Life Trustees Limited, and the member of Shatin Hospital - Hospital Governing Committee. He previously served on the Investment Committee of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority from 2015 to 2020, and the Disciplinary Panel of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants from 2016 to 2022.
Elvin holds Bachelor and Master degrees in economics from the University of British Columbia in Canada.
